picnic table under pine tree, creek with bench, convenient parking

The lack of sound insulation is quite an issue!!! Conversations from neighboring rooms were easily audible, which really disrupted our peace and quiet. More thorough attention to noise control could significantly improve guest comfort!!!

The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with extremely comfortable beds that ensured a restful night’s sleep.

Unfortunately, noise from neighboring rooms was quite noticeable, which sometimes disrupted our peace during the night.

    picnic table
    great breakfast
    friendly staff
    ugly view

Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored the scenic trail leading to Silver Mines and the Royal Gorge, and the picnic table by the creek was perfect for meals. The breakfast options were awesome, with fresh choices every morning. Convenient parking right outside made our stay hassle-free. The staff was friendly and accommodating, enhancing our overall experience!

The only downside was the not-so-great view right outside our door, as we were facing a restaurant. It was a bit off-putting but didn’t ruin our stay.

    charming atmosphere
    friendly staff
    delicious restaurant
    limited pool space

We spent three lovely nights here with our older kids and enjoyed our visits to Elephant Rocks and exploring a trail that leads to Silver Mines. The restaurant had the best cherry BBQ sauce that we couldn't resist buying some to take home!

My kids wished for a larger pool area.

great stay with minor noise issues

The staff was incredibly helpful, going out of their way to assist us when we left our keys in the door. The room exceeded our expectations, providing a cozy atmosphere with a lovely stream behind the building to relax by. We also enjoyed the restaurant on site, particularly the cherry glaze BBQ sauce, which was unforgettable.

However, noise from adjacent rooms could be distracting at times.

    fully equipped kitchen
    gentle creek
    picturesque picnic tables
    noisy neighbors

The suite was a delightful surprise with a fully equipped kitchen that made meal prep a breeze. Waking up to the sound of a gentle creek behind the inn was the perfect way to start each day, and the nearby Baylee Jo's barbecue restaurant offered mouthwatering meals that added to our experience. The picturesque picnic tables by the stream were an inviting touch, making it feel like a home away from home during our adventure.

    Noisy neighbors.

    cozy suite
    great location
    limited parking
    traffic noise
    meal prep challenges

The suite was cozy and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our own meals with the nearby supermarket. Enjoying morning coffee by the peaceful stream at the back was a highlight, paired with the delightful assorted fruits offered for breakfast. However, limited parking and the occasional noise from traffic detracted slightly from the experience.

    comfy bed
    nice kitchenette
    helpful staff
    view outside
    noise from neighboring rooms

I stayed in a One-Bedroom Queen Suite with Spa Bath for 3 nights. The room was cozy and clean, loved the comfy bed and the little kitchenette was a nice touch! Plus, we enjoyed relaxing by the stream with a bench outside. A definite highlight was how the staff helped us jump-start our car when it wouldn't start! Overall, a great spot for our adventure, even if the view outside wasn’t the best.
